We have tried to simplify our returns process by introducing an automated returns system, using Royal Mail Tracked Returns to offer our customers more flexibility. To make a return, simply follow the instructions below and click the returns link.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, including the date of delivery. We simply ask it is returned unworn and in its original packaging, with the tags still attached. If for any reason the return is not in its original condition, Original Green reserves the right to refuse a refund.
When you return an item, we will refund the full amount of your return excluding the original postage costs. If your return is via Royal Mail Tracked Returns, a charge of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your return. Unfortunately we are unable accept large items such as golf bags via this service. We request you select your own courier with an appropriate level of cover for the contents.
If you are looking to replace an unsuitable item we ask that you re-visit the website to complete a new order and send any unwanted items back for refund.
Unfortunately, due to the rapid turnover of our product range, we do not recommend requesting the exchange of any products purchased from originalgreen.co.uk. We advise this to benefit you the customer, ensuring that we turn around your required garments as soon as possible, avoiding the disappointment of them selling out, whilst your original purchase is in transit back to us.

Returning Faulty Goods
If you have reason to believe that the goods we have sent have arrived with or developed what you would consider a flaw or defect, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will advise on the necessary course of action.
We will then supply replacement goods, a credit note or a full refund of the purchase price; dependant on date of purchase and circumstance and in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
‘Faulty’ is defined as an item that has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not deemed faulty if it has been damaged or faulted due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that Original Green ensures that the quality of goods and workmanship of goods prior to dispatch.
