Standard Returns

We have tried to simplify our returns process by introducing an automated returns system, using Collect+ to offer our customers more flexibility. To make a return, simply follow the instructions below and click the Returns Centre link. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. We simply ask it is returned unworn and in its original packaging, with the tags still attached.  If for any reason the return is not in its original condition, Original Green reserves the right to refuse a refund, or an exchange for another product.
 
When you return an item, we will refund the full amount of your return excluding the original postage costs. If your return is via our Returns centre, a charge of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your return.

Product Exchange

If you would like to return your item for an exchange, simply click 'Exchange' in the Returns Centre and provide us with details of the replacement. We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address unless we are instructed otherwise.


Return An Order From The UK

Repackage the item(s) you wish to return, making sure you follow the above returns policy and that you include the invoice.  Click the link to our Returns Centre and simply follow the steps. We've tried to make the process as simple as possible.  

If you wish to use your own service, please ensure the return is tracked and insure to cover the value of the item. Our returns address can be found below.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty please follow the same returns procedure in the previous section and we will happily supply replacement goods or a full refund of the product and postage costs will be offered. Original Green will also refund the cost of returning the faulted item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as proof of the return cost).

‘Faulty’ is defined as an item that has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not deemed faulty if it has been damaged or faulted due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that Original Green ensures that the quality of goods and workmanship of goods prior to dispatch.
