Standard Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to Original Green within 14 days of receiving your order. We simply ask it is returned unworn and in its original packaging with the tags still on.  If for any reason it isn’t able to be returned in this condition Original Green has the right to refuse to refund the value of the product or exchange for another product.
When you return an item to Original Green, we will refund the full amount of your return excluding the original postage costs.

Product Exchange

If you would like to return your item for an exchange, simply tick the column on the returns form marked 'Exchange' and provide us with details of the replacement. We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address unless we are instructed otherwise.

Return An Order From The UK

Repackage the item or items you wish to return to Original Green, making sure you follow the above returns policy and that you include the invoice, filling in the returns form.  For your own records we recommend you make a copy of the returns form and invoice in case you want to refer to it in the future.

Please take the parcel to your nearest Post Office. We recommend that you send the goods by Recorded Delivery or some other form of insured postage. Please note you are responsible for the goods until they have been returned safely to us.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty please follow the same returns procedure in the previous section and we will happily supply replacement goods or a full refund of the product and postage costs will be offered. Original Green will also refund the cost of returning the faulted item (please include a copy of your postage receipt as proof of the return cost).

‘Faulty’ is defined as an item that has a manufacturing fault or hidden defect, which was present at the time of delivery. An item is not deemed faulty if it has been damaged or faulted due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Please note that Original Green ensures that the quality of goods and workmanship of goods prior to dispatch.
