Terms & Conditions
Original Green aims to make your experience shopping with us as easy and enjoyable as possible, which is why our terms and conditions are set out as clearly as possible. It is important that you read and agree to the terms and conditions when buying from us. We try not to use complicated legal jargon in our terms and conditions but it is important you realise that these terms and conditions are important and in some cases legally binding.
Purchasing Our Goods
On our website all prices will be given in UK Pounds Sterling. All agreements of your offer to purchase the goods from Original Green are subject to them being available. It is not until we confirm your order via email that we are accepting it and in the event of any items not being available we will send you a separate email to state this. We do keep our site updated regularly for changes in product availability but it is possible that when orders take place at the same time that the site will not state the product availability is low. For more information look at our page on Delivery and Returns Information.

Payment, Delivery and Refunds
Payment methods are shown on the bottom of our home page. Payment must be confirmed and verified before we accept your offer to purchase our goods. All payments are secured by SagePay. Information on refunds and delivery costs can be found in the Delivery and Returns Policy information. We can not guarantee the delivery times stated on our website, as they are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that are out of our control, which may cause delays.
First Order Discount
Due to strict 'online selling' policies set by some manufacturers we are unable to offer the 'First Order' discount on all products. The 'First Order' discount does not apply to sale items. The discount will automatically be applied to all applicable products in the basket.
Original Green make every effort to update information and represent products in a clear and accurate way. All descriptions, weights and sizes of Goods are those of the original manufacturers and you may not rely on their accuracy. Accordingly, any such description shall not form part of this agreement. The website owner also makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, residual or implied by law) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, you or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
The trade marks, logos, names and service marks displayed on originalgreen.co.uk are registered and unregistered trade marks of the Website Owner and the companies involved. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of the trade marks.
