How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• Tags must be fully attached

If for any reason your item(s) aren't returned in this condition, Original Green has the right to refuse a refund or an exchange for another product.

Are there any charges for return?

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Returns are free for faulty items
• Returns for any other reason are charged at £3.99. Creating a returns label is completely free, we simply deduct the £3.99 from your refund. If you require an exchange, we will send you a paylink for £3.99. Alternatively you can return the item using another Tracked service.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 4-5 working days.
