Delivery Information
You can use the parcel tracking information to see where your parcel is. Please allow a few days beyond the expected date of arrival incase of any courier delays, then contact us at info@originalgreen.co.uk with your order number at hand.
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a card with information on to organise a redelivery or collection from a local pickup point at your convenience.
Unfortunately we can't offer a certain time period for delivery. However we do offer Next Day Delivery service for an additional charge so you can organise to be in on that particular day.
Yes - if you wish to have your order delivered to a work address simply change the delivery address at the checkout. Please be confident the parcel will reach you securely if another co-worker signs for the delivery.
No, unfortunately you can't have your order re-delivered to a different address due to security reasons. If you are not in when the parcel is attempted for delivery follow the process for redelivery at a time that suits you.
No, I am afraid for security reasons we only ship to a residential address or place of work.
Returns and exchanges
Once we have received your parcel we ask for you to allow 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
Firstly, please double check the amount remembering to take in to account any return delivery charges. If you still think it is incorrect please contact us at info@originalgreen.co.uk, making sure you have your order number to hand.
We offer a refund/credit note only due to the ever changing product levels we can't guarantee we will have the required size once your parcel has been returned to us. If you wish, you can reorder the product in a different size while you are waiting for a return to be processed.
There is a returns slip on the back of your packing note. If this is misplaced a new blank returns slip can be found in the returns section. Please make sure order number and name is entered in order for the return to be processed.
It is important to include a returns slip with your order number and product information on. If a parcel has been sent without this information please contact us as soon as possible with this information so we can process the return once it has been received.
Payment at Checkout options
We offer all of the following payment methods to suit everyone:

Apple Pay/Google Pay/Shopify Pay/Paypal
Klarna and Clearpay
Klarna offers two different types of payment - either buy now and pay 30 days later or spread the cost with three monthly instalments, all interest free.
Clearpay allow you to shop now and spread the cost over 6 weeks interest free.
A credit note can be issued when you return a product instead of refunding the amount to your original payment method. To use the credit note, sign in to your account, copy your code and then paste in to the discount section of the checkout. This will be applied to the product/s you are purchasing.
Each customer who makes a purchase will qualify for loyalty credit - 3% of your order total minus delivery costs. You can collect your loyalty credit to use against any future orders. You can see how much loyalty credit you have by signing in to your account.
If you have loyalty credit to use, please login in to your account and copy the code, then paste in to the discount section of the checkout page.
Products
Yes all the products listed on the website are kept in stock. Stock changes quickly so if you have your eye on something be quick as it may. not be around for long!
If the product you are after is out of stock there is a possibility we may be able to order more. Please contact us and we will advise as to whether more stock will become available soon.
Most products will have a size guide available to look at on the product page. These size guides are provided by the manufacturer.
Problems with your account
If you are having a problem logging in to your account then please do a password reset. If you are still unable to access it and wish to use a credit note, please contact us at info@originalgreen.co.uk and we will be assist you.
If you have a credit note on your account but when you have attempted to use the code it hasn't worked then please contact us so we can help you.
